Our client, a global automotive manufacturer, is strengthening its teams in France. As such, we are looking for an experienced automotive technical trainer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

After a period of technical and pedagogical training, your mission will be to:

• Conduct technical training sessions for the brand’s international trainers (TTT).

• Design training materials for all global markets.

• Adapt existing training courses.

• Perform services related to the company’s activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Holder of a Bac Professional and/or BTS MAVA/AVA, ideally with several years of experience in technical training, workshop repair (light vehicles, heavy vehicles, industrial vehicles, public works or agricultural machinery), technical inspection, technical support, or any other profession in the automotive sector.

• Passionate about technology in general, you enjoy sharing your knowledge.

• Your excellent technical skills (in mechanics, internal combustion engines, electricity/multiplexing, air conditioning, geometry, diagnostics, possibly hydraulics), proficiency with IT tools, interpersonal skills, autonomy, and organizational qualities are assets for the success of your mission and the sustainability of our collaboration.

• Proficiency in technical English (and possibly other languages) is essential, as you will never conduct training in French.

• Possession of electrical certifications is highly appreciated.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Our client places great importance on the skills and commitment of its employees. Continuous training is provided. The position is sedentary, based in Le Plessis-Robinson (92), with occasional national travel.

TERMS

Permanent contract (CDI), work in days package.

Company car possible, seniority leave, partial remote work possible.
